3. It is strictly forbidden to disassemble or replace the parts of the diesel generator set when the generator set is running.
4. The coolant is generally filled with Qinghe water. In winter, it is necessary to add the same type of antifreeze to prevent the diesel engine from freezing. When opening the water tank cover, pay attention to whether there is a high temperature to prevent water vapor or high-temperature coolant from spraying and hurting people.
5. Prevent burns when lubricating oil at high temperature.
6. Use the national standard No. 0 clean diesel oil, otherwise it will cause the failure of the diesel fuel injector.
7. If the diesel generator set is not used for a long time, it is recommended to let the generator set run at least once a month to the working water temperature (when it is shut down) and run the generator set with load for at least 4 hours a year, which can burn off the carbon deposits in the diesel engine and exhaust system. .
8. Whether there are sundries on and around the diesel generator set to hinder the operation.
9. The room where the generator set is placed needs to have smooth air intake and exhaust ducts.
10. Check whether the liquid level of the water tank is normal.
11. Whether the air filter indicates normal.
12. Whether the lubricating oil level is in the normal range.
13. Whether the fuel valve is normally opened and whether the fuel is delivered normally.
14. Whether the positive and negative connections of the battery connection line are connected correctly.
