It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Guangxi Yuhe machinery investment and Management Co., Ltd., with a total capital of more than 4.29 billion yuan and a wholly-owned capital of about 3.3 million employees. It was founded in 1951 in Yulin, Guangxi. Yuchai is an internal combustion engine manufacturing base with complete product type spectrum in China. It has an industrial base layout in Guangxi, Guangdong, Jiangsu, Anhui, Shandong, Hubei, Sichuan, Chongqing, Liaoning and other places. The annual sales scale of the company is nearly 50 billion yuan, and the engine sales volume ranks in the forefront of the industry for many consecutive years.
